Nutrition Month: “Kumain ng Wasto, Maging Aktibo, Push Natin ‘to!” HEALTH IS WEALTH
“Health is wealth.” A simple quote but means
everything to us. So we should take care of our health because it is very
important to our life. If you have good health, then you’ll be able to live
longer and enjoy life. In order to have a good health, we must have a healthy
lifestyle.
Healthy lifestyle is by having a
balanced diet, exercising, and enough rest. We should maintain all of these in
order for us to be healthy. We have to
be aware of what we are eating because this is where we get our nutrition.
Having a balanced diet means that we should eat the right food that we need. We
should manage our time and if possible, we should have our time to exercise.
Exercising can make our body fit and healthy. This way we can immune any
illness and to get away from it. Having enough rest is also important because
it serves as our energy to do our task in our daily life.
“Health is not valued ‘till sickness
comes.”-Thomas Fuller. Before it’s too late, we should look after our health
for us to prevent the things that we don’t want to happen because, “Prevention
is better than cure.” But it’s up to you on how you live your life, anyways,
you only live once.
